1967 Fender Twin Reverb - non-Master version - in San Diego for $700

Here is a decent - though the cabinet and cloth are pretty beat up - 1967 Silverface non-master volume Twin Reverb that has had the circuit "blackfaced" for that nice vintage tone.  Has a couple square magnet Ceramic speakers - they look like they could be CMI's or something simlar.  The seller doesn't seem to think very highly of this amp - or at least thinks it is not too valuable because the tolex is so beat and torn up - but as a workhorse 85 watt 40+ year old Fender tube amp - this could be a solid usable amp.

I wouldn't recommend contacting this seller unless you can go pick up the amp - people RARELY ever ship these Silverface Twins across the country - they usually weigh over 70 lbs and are very unwieldy to box up.

Check it out...

Fender 1967 Twin Reverb

Vintage Fender 1967 Twin Reverb 2X12 Amp.

That is what I was told it is when I bought it.

This amp sounds great. It doesn't look great but it sounds great.

If you are interested in having a vintage amp for your collection or

to one day re-sell for a profit, this IS NOT the amp for you.

It does not have the original speakers and I have had it modified to

match the "Blackface" circuit sound from 1965 and earlier.

The tolex is hammered as is the grille cloth.

I am not interested in any trades but thank you.

Email me with any questions.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL READERS

I am reposting items here that are listed on CRAIGSLIST throughout the USA. I am not selling any of these items and I cannot facilitate the sale of anything here - so please do not comment or post questions like "Is this still available?" or "I am interested in your guitar please call me, etc." You need to contact the seller directly by calling the phone number listed on the post or by going to the CL listing and emailing them. NEW FEATURE: Click on the title of the CL Listing inside my post to LINK thru to the original Post. If the original CL listing is deleted the item most likely is no longer available. Thanks for checking out my blog and GOOD LUCK!

Please don't call, contact, bother or harass these sellers long after their post is expired. Take for granted if the listing is over 30 days old that the guitar or amp is LONG GONE! Thank you.
